On October 13, Sinsegye and Germany-based ISG jointly launched the Intelligent CNC Integrated Solution at CIIF 2026 (China International Industry Fair). Centered on the "computer-control integrated + ISG CNC Kernel", the solution addresses long-standing industry pain points of traditional CNC systems — difficult integration, long development cycles, and separated computing and control. It delivers a turnkey machine-level delivery solution with fully integrated hardware and software that works straight out of the box.

The newly launched Intelligent CNC Integrated Solution deeply combines Sinsegye’s iComputer products with ISG’s CNC kernel to create an all-in-one, out-of-the-box machine-level solution.

Unlike traditional high-end CNC systems — where controllers, motion control units and host computers come from different vendors and require customers to handle integration and debugging on their own — this solution is built with bottom-up integrated design. Sinsegye provides the integrated control-and-computation hardware platform with edge computing and real-time control capabilities. ISG contributes its mature CNC kernel to ensure core motion control precision such as multi-axis synchronization and trajectory planning. Customers receive a complete, ready-to-deploy solution rather than discrete components that require in-house assembly.

The solution also features strong compatibility. Built on an open architecture, it connects with mainstream control systems. For upgrading existing production lines, it does not require tearing out current setups, balancing technology upgrading with cost control.

Proven Deployment in Two Benchmark Scenarios

The Intelligent CNC Integrated Solution has been validated in two high-end equipment scenarios:

High-Precision Dispensing Machine: With the synergy of ISG CNC kernel’s high-precision interpolation and Sinsegye’s integrated control-and-computation platform, motion trajectory smoothness is improved, glue volume fluctuation is controlled within ±3%, and product yield increases by 8%–15%.

Precision Grinding Machine: Multi-axis synchronization error is below 0.5 μm, feed accuracy is stable, workpiece surface roughness Ra is stabilized at 0.02 μm, finished surface consistency is greatly improved, and rework rate drops by over 10%.
